Getting real value out of farm machinery depends on precise guidance. The XAG APC2 AutoPilot Console is an advanced system that steers tractors and other machines automatically, delivering high precision and efficient operation. Its RTK navigation is accurate to the centimetre, which keeps machines on the best route through the field and optimises fuel, fertiliser and chemical use. It cuts labour while making the work more efficient and more sustainable.
Conventional steering leaves room for operator error and uneven work. The APC2 removes that: it minimises operator intervention and holds precise guidance on every pass. It stays stable even on difficult ground, and it lets machines work accurately at night and in poor visibility. Because it can be controlled from a smartphone, farmers can manage field operations remotely — and the experience stays straightforward.
The XAG APC2 steers tractors and farm machinery automatically, guiding them to ±2.5 cm. RTK navigation works with a virtual RTK (VRTK) service or an XAG RTK base station to plan the optimum route. Controlled easily from a mobile app, the APC2 offers straight, contoured and curved path following, so it adapts to any terrain. Obstacle detection, night operation and OTA update support keep work uninterrupted. By optimising fuel, fertiliser and chemical use it reduces labour and gets the most out of the machinery you already own.
Details
RTK-supported GNSS navigation guides machinery to ±2.5 cm, which is what prevents waste.
straight, contoured and curved route options keep machines on the most efficient path for the shape of the field, saving both time and fuel.
an advanced autosteer algorithm holds the tractor on the optimum route and minimises operator intervention, making operations safer and more efficient.
operate it remotely from a mobile app, keep the software current with OTA updates, and call on technical support when you need it.
the APC2 integrates cleanly with tractors, sprayers and seeding systems, so it adapts to different operations.
RTK antennas, processor and sensors sit in a single compact unit, which makes installation easy and maintenance quick.
it holds its accuracy through night work and poor visibility, performing reliably in any weather and on any terrain.
intelligent route planning keeps fuel, fertiliser and chemical use to a minimum, bringing costs down.
The difference between the two spraying drones comes down to capacity and flow rate.
